Surveys
WFA conducts two surveys annually; the Financial Survey and the Annual Labor Review.
Compiled results of each survey are only distributed to the participating member companies of that survey. The Financial Survey includes data on sales, assets, net profit, compensation, steel usage, and compares net income to owners' equity. The Annual Labor Review provides composite information for comparison purposes on personnel breakdown, hourly wages, rates for various job classes, overtime differentials, insurance and vacation data and much more.
